At Civic Financial, our mission is simple: to inspire financial confidence. Financial Planning Month brings a timely reminder that financial confidence isn’t about timing markets or chasing returns.

Our Civic Financial Team team recently took first place for the third year in a row at the Brokers’​ Service Marketing Group (BSMG) Charity Invitational Golf Tournament at Rhode Island Country Club. Congratulations to Paddy Mangan, Nick Allsop, Emilio Bardini, and Patrick Donoghue for the win!

This year’s tournament raised tens of thousands of dollars to support local nonprofits - including Amos House, Day One RI, and The Outreach Program - continuing the event’s tradition of making a meaningful difference. Since 2001, the Invitational has raised over $1 million to fight homelessness, end sexual abuse, and combat hunger in our communities - and we are proud to be part of it.

The Civic Financial Team is honored to announce our sponsorship of squash player Aly Abou Eleinen. Aly is ranked number 9 in the world, is known for his relentless work ethic and sportsmanship, and has quickly risen as one of the most exciting young players on the PSA Tour. He is a graduate of Brooks School and an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.

Aly recently faced a season-ending knee injury, yet his determined recovery reflects the same long-term focus and resilience that we, as financial planners, admire. Civic Financial is thrilled to partner with Aly and support his journey back to competition and success on the world stage.

Our team day recently gave us the opportunity to give back in a meaningful way. Together, we assembled baskets for , an incredible organization that works to support individuals transitioning out of homelessness and into stable housing. We’re grateful for the chance to contribute to a cause that makes such a lasting impact in our community.
