Another great PBS Kids Ready to Learn shoot finished up yesterday. Heartfelt thanks to PBSKids and DGA PRODUCTIONS for a wonderful shoot with Chelsea 1st grade teacher Lori Loussedes and her smart, happy, affectionate students.
As always, Jean Crawford of PBS and Prof. Jeanne Paratore of the BU School of Education created a positive and effective learning environment, and guided our every move. It's been a great collaboration!
This is a typically enjoyable Peak project... meet a customer of one of my favorite clients and help tell their story. Servicon provides expert cleaning and logistics services in complex aerospace and health environments, & Kronos software helps them manage their people, putting decisions in their hands. Shooting reported in South Portland, ME! We're doing a customer profile piece on their police department for Ken Volk of Kronos with the always fantastic crew at DGA. To have both DGA partners Jan Maliszewski and Aaron Frutman with me was a rare treat.
Inspired by Jimmy Kimmel's monologue the other night, here's a video we did to support the lifesaving research and work being done right here at Boston Children's Hospital. With thanks to Linda Button of the B*H Trust, as well Avery's mom Jessica and Drs. Emani and McCully, all of whom gave so generously of their time. Your local children's hospital is saving lives every single day.

Last month, BU Professor of Education Jeanne Paratore at the Hooks Elementary School in Chelsea, MA. It's the calm before the storm as we get ready to film Alicia Poulin's first grade classroom. For 4 years we've collaborated to create teaching tips videos for PBS' Ready to Learn media program. Thanks as always to DGA PRODUCTIONS for another well-done shoot.
