* 3 eggs

Tres Leche
* 1 can evaporated milk
* 1/2c milk
* 1 can condensed
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 2tbsp pumpkin

Whipped Frosting
* 1 pint heavy whipping cream
* 1tsp vanilla
* 1/2tsp pumpkin spice
* 2tbsp cheesecake pudding
* 5-7tbsp powder sugar

Topping
* pumpkin pie spice
* Caramel
* Biscoff or graham crackers

* Fresh Sofrito (4 garlic, 3 Aji dulce, 2 culantro leaves or cilantro, 1/4 onion)
* 1 can Roman beans
* 2 can of water
* Sazon blend or packet Sazon 1/2tsp annato powder, 1/2tsp paprika, & 1/4tsp turmeric
* 1 bay leaf
* 1/2tsp oregano powder
* 2 capsule apple vinegar
* Cilantro to freshen up
* Salt to taste towards the end

* Sofrito (4 garlic cloves, 3 Aji dulce or cubanelle, 2 culantro leaves or cilantro, and 1/4 onion
* Half of salami (Tropical brand)
* Achiote oil or oil of your choice
* Can kidney beans
* Sazon blend or packet Sazon
1/2tsp annato powder
1/2tsp paprika
1/4tsp turmeric powder
* 1tbsp garlic powder
* 1/4tsp cumin
* 1tbsp oregano leaves
* 1tbsp chicken bouillon

I use Sazon blend for my rice, beans, and guisado only, and I use Achiote oil for my rice, marinate my meats, pasteles, and alcapurria etc.
