Paul Metaxatos, one of the founders of Motiv, presented the manufacturing design process to students in the Advanced Manufacturing and Design 3 class at Swampscott High School.

Paul discussed consumer product and packaging design development, engineering for manufacturing processes, and the roles employees play within the field. Students reviewed a case study of Keurig Dr. Pepper and several other successful products developed by Motiv. They engaged with physical models, prototypes and product samples.

We feel this is a great way to give back to the community and encourage students of exciting fields with real world experience.
