Deli roll is just one of those dishes that makes people smile. Did you know leftovers make for delicious school lunches as well?

Deli Roll
1 sheet -puff pastry dough rolled-out
¼ cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp deli mustard
1 pkg each Empire Kosher Roasted Turkey, Turkey Salami, Chicken Bologna.
¼ cup duck sauce
1 egg
2 tsp sesame seeds

Roll out puff pastry sheet and spread mayo and mustard on top. Cover dough with deli slices, overlapping to cover pastry dough. Spread duck sauce on top. Roll pastry lengthwise, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Slice slits along top. Bake at 390 ℉ for 25 minutes until golden brown.
