Andrea Werner Insoft, LICSW
For more than 20 years, I have been working with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges.
Using a holistic orientation, I help guide my clients through the depths of loss and grief to healing.

Itβs been a while since I started my role at self employed as a Psychotherapist and Grief Movement Guide, but I wanted to share this update with everyone.
As a grief movement guide and Registered Yoga Teacher, I integrate somatic practices into my work. Through a combination of movement, yoga, journaling, and meditation, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and processing emotions in ways that foster integration and meaningful healing.
I am so honored to be able to walk with people as they process their unique grief.
Stay tuned for Grief Movement Workshops and series in the greater Boston area.

September is NICU Awareness Month
ππππ
During this month we will be...
EDUCATING our community about racial disparities and inequities in our NICU communities
ADVOCATING for policies and practices that address the root causes of these disparities
INTEGRATING the voices of racial, social, and reproductive justice movements so that we can improve care and honor families.
TODAY we share the position statement from the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) on Racial Disparity in the NICU (June 2020)
"The National Association of Neonatal Nurses Board of Directors reviews the statistics concerning racially-related health disparities for premature infants and includes nine recommendations for how to endorse healthcare equality for all infants in the NICU regardless of race, parental economic or educational status, or geographic area."
