We’re kicking off Volume 24 artist spotlights with Meg Aki and celebrating the newest addition to Art in Print — our brand new bin at .
Meg’s print grew from a personal ritual of choosing a guiding word for the year ahead. Inspired by visions of rich soil, lush gardens, and creative abundance, the piece reflects on the power of enrichment, growth, and tending to our creative lives.
is a Somerville-based artist and illustrator whose work explores collective care, connection, storytelling, and the creative process as a form of affirmation .studio.
Whether you’re a longtime collector or discovering the program for the first time, it’s the perfect excuse to explore the neighborhood and pick up a poster for just 25¢.

Art in Print Volume 24 has officially landed with 9 brand new posters by local artists, available for just 25¢ from newspaper bins across Allston and Harvard Square.
This season also marks the debut of a new bin location at , a vibrant corridor of art, community, and green space at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Campus.
Whether you’re already a collector or just looking for an excuse to explore the neighborhood, grab a coffee, take a walk, and see how many prints you can find.

🗞️ Our final Art in Print spotlight of Volume 23 goes out with a bang 💥 Meet Jackson Schleicher, a Boston-based comic artist, illustrator, and Editor in Chief of the indie comics publication Dog Cough Comics. When he’s not making comics, he’s also a professional oyster shucker.
art’s print was originally illustrated for his webcomic Everything Will Be the Same Ever Again and captures the destruction of an alien world by an evil robot hivemind known as MechaTyrannus 👾🤖

Join CNU New England for a walking tour exploring the creative projects, public art, and community programming that have helped shape this evolving corner of Allston over the last decade.
Along the way, you’ll hear stories behind the spaces, visit some familiar Zone 3 spots, and get a look at how art, design, and neighborhood partnerships can spark new energy in a place over time.
