In other words, you have to become fully aware of all of the elements, energies and sensations related to that which you want to let go of. You can’t take out the trash without first seeing touching and placing the object in the trash bag. A lot of us try to let go without feeling what we want to release. We can’t be complacent in the letting go otherwise it’s incomplete ♥️
