The Mass. Theta chapter of Pi Lambda Phi (MIT) was founded in 1897 as the first non-sectarian fraternity welcoming all men of all creeds.

The Massachusetts Theta chapter of Pi Lambda Phi was founded in 1897 and continues to hold a strong presence at the Institute today.
