They have been gracious in hosting us and letting us learn more about their programs. Thank you Science Club for Girls, Level Ground Mixed Martial Arts, The Community Art Center, and Jordan Boys & Girls Club for hosting us!

We are proud to highlight The Summer Fund at Philanthropy Massachusetts, who recently awarded SCFG a grant to support our Summer Rocketry Program! In July and August, the Rocketry Program will engage 40 middle school girls and gender-expansive youth in a 2-week immersive experience during which participants build, design, and launch their own rockets while gaining leadership skills and building confidence in STEM.
Founded in 1971, the Summer Fund is a donor collaborative comprised of over 15 funders, which supports summer camps and programs. The Summer Fund was established to address issues of racial, ethnic, and socio-economic disparities by recognizing the need for summer opportunities for underserved youth from low-income families, and to steward the fair and equitable distribution of resources to ensure access to those opportunities.
A huge thank you to The Summer Fund for helping SCFG address the systemic inequities in STEM while BLASTING OFF to summer fun and hands-on STEM learning!
