We are pleased to celebrate Earth Month by announcing LEED Platinum certification of One Congress. The project earned the highest possible certification by adhering to prerequisites that address carbon, energy, water, waste, transportation, materials, health, and indoor environmental quality. We received this designation just in time to welcome our customers to the building this spring. We are proud to create the best properties for our people and planet.

We are thrilled to welcome InterSystems to One Congress! The leading, Boston-based data management and healthcare information systems corporation will be relocating their headquarters to the building and occupying the top 14 floors, 420,000 square feet.

Carr Properties, National Real Estate Advisors, LLC and HYM are happy to announce that One Congress is now 100% leased. This signing marks a major milestone for One Congress during a historic pandemic lease-up period.
