Bluebonnet Fellow Erica Pauls meets up with Elect Black Women PAC’s Executive Director, Ruby Powell - Dennis at the Congressional Black Caucus (Collective Action PAC) reception.
Erica says that her favorite part of working with Elect Black Women as a Bluebonnet Fellow has been “being able to not only grow my technical skills but being able to learn from someone like Ruby who is such a powerhouse and inspiration to many in this field!”
Erica's advice for current and future Bluebonnet Fellows? To "everyone who wants to join Bluebonnet, go for it! And when you have the chance to meet people in real life, do it!"

When it comes to campaigning locally, one size doesn’t fit all. So how do you find out more about your constituents and reach out to potential voters in the most effective way? Bluebonnet Data Fellow Anirudh Mani and his team analyzed Census and voter file data to help his clients, and in Democratic campaigns for State House seats in Arizona’s Legislative District 9, reach out to their voters in a way that centered their demographic needs.
