Colleagues, here is an article that I co-wrote with Arbitrator Shianne Scott, which was recently published in Volume 27 of Perspectives on Work, the magazine of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. Paving the Way for a New Generation of Labor Arbitrators is a call for qualified candidates to consider a career in the field, and for policymakers to consider ways to reduce barriers to entry. Please share with those who may (or should) be interested in a career as an arbitrator.
