Regional Full-Scale Emegency Preparedness Urban Shield is an internationally recognized best-practice full-scale emergency preparedness exercise.
It began in the San Francisco Bay Area and now is extending throughout the United States and globally. Urban Shield prepares entire regions to respond to natural disasters or terrorist attacks.
