Today is Day 2 of our challenge group. We have learned so much over the last 24 hours about what it means to be in service. We are so grateful for everyone who has committed to themselves for the next 21 days.

In this moment I felt frustrated.
In this moment I felt sad.
In this moment I felt overwhelmed.
I shared with her that we are in this together.
I felt all of it. I moved through it.
I knew a shift was next.
I am strong.

Then I felt myself pause. I took the time to ground myself. I breathed. I checked in with myself to ask what do I really need.

This is when the shift happened. I knew I was strong. I knew I could absolutely do it and that’s when the idea hit. What can I create in my life to support me to see who I am in every moment. The reminder for me to check into my inner strength. I see me!
