Regarding violence, the book includes studies showing that an angry temperament in infants correlated with later aggression at six to seven years of age. In an extended long-term study, boys who were more aggressive than their peers at age eight were found to be more aggressive than their peers at age thirty. Based on this research, the seeds of anger and aggression are planted as early as infancy.

We have been notified by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court that they decline to hear our case, an option they have for all cases submitted to them. This was the last possibility for us to try to overturn the previous court decision against us. Of course, we are very disappointed with this result that ends our effort.
