This room has a creative mix of tile and hardwood floors, a wall of windows, a wood burning fireplace, and some of the most unique lighting fixtures you’ll ever see! Who wouldn’t want this as their living room?
Not everything will go as planned.....Not long before we closed on our Jamaica Plain property, a pipe burst and caused a massive flood. The result? Lots of damage to the kitchen and bathroom in all three units! Before the incident, the property was in good shape and didn’t require too much rehab. But after, the previous owners had to demo large sections of the property. Now it’s our job to fill in the gaps!

Check out this unique 1890’s Victorian in Dorchester, Boston! To return this property to its former glory, we added some new features. We created a bright, modern interior but wanted to keep some of the charm and stunning historic elements, like the wood burning fireplaces throughout the house, and the stunning staircase with the original oversized two-story window.

Getting started on a new property in Jamaica Plain! We recently acquired this three family home in JP and we’re just getting started with the rehab. This project will definitely be a challenge, but nothing Flex can’t handle! 💪
