C of O is issued... signage is going up on the retail space for American Provisions! Yay! And the units are getting the last finishing touches! It wont be long now before new buyers are moving in!

Treadmark has come a long way! We are almost ready to schedule closings over the next few weeks and get some happy buyers in to their new condos! This was an exciting week - after a great deal of anticipation we were able to show 24 buyers their new place and go through it for the first time - just in time for the holidays!
