Your rewards program is not the same as OUR rewards program 🙅‍♀️ You can't get to just offer up anything you want to people who book through you and then expect the hotel to be the one to fulfil those promises...

When I made the other skit, I didn't want the message that people walked away with to be, "You're not allowed to ask people to call you by a title you worked really hard for." So I thought a good follow-up video was how someone can KINDLY and RESPECTFULLY express their preference to be called by the title they earned. And like they say at the end, "It's that easy!" 😉

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be called "Doctor", that degree was a lot of work to get, but you can still be polite when asking... And also, if you need extra supplies for the room, please give us a list of everything you need from the start. 😅 A little consideration goes a long way...
