Action Athletics is a functional and fun fitness training-based company focusing on group training in skills derived from the sport of ninja warrior. 'Ninja' is an action described to combine agility, speed, strength, momentum, body awareness, precision and balance in order to navigate and overcome obstacles in various environments through jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and running. Our facility is a space for kids and adults to safely learn the techniques and skills necessary to safely perform the physical and mental demands of obstacles. Training will consist of low instructor to student ratios in order to emphasize the needs of each individual.

We had a great Week 1 of Ninja Kids last week! 💪🥷
Last week we did lots of learning & reviewing essential skills like how to properly land. Our coaches are ready to meet Ninjas where they are at and help each individual to learn skills that can be applied inside and outside our gym walls.
