Making great progress on our luxury condo development in Brighton, MA. 🏗️✨ From an oversized lot with a single-family home to 6 stunning new condo units - we’re bringing much-needed housing to the market this fall. Stay tuned for updates throughout completion of this project! 🏡

Framing inspection complete! ✅ Next up: insulation and boarding up the walls. One step closer to moving our client’s into their remodeled & expanded home 🏡✨

Reconstruction of the back overhang on Beacon St is complete. ⚒️✅ Added style to this newly framed overhang with sleek black aluminum panels and high quality windows. 🔥

252 Lexington Ave U4 has been approved by the City of Cambridge! ✅

On 2/20/2025 the Cambridge City Council passed a residential zoning addendum that establishes a new base zoning height for residential neighborhoods of 45’, up from the prior 35’. This addendum is aimed to support housing supply in the 7 sq mi city.

Progress at 252 Lexington Ave Fresh Pond is currently paused pending approval from the Planning Board of an additional 4th floor unit. Below are some photos are the project so far.

Concrete slab was poured yesterday and Framing begins today. Progress continues on our six-unit condo project.
