Grateful for this beautiful, colorful planet that feeds us, inspires us and reminds us every day that life itself is a miracle. May we admire it more, protect it more and never stop being in awe of it.🙏❤️
There is something deeply moving about meeting people who live in true partnership with the land.
Our visit to hacienda_mamecillo was more than visiting a farm. It was stepping into a way of life built with love, care and consciousness.
This beautiful couple grows their own vegetables and fruits, raises chickens, goats, cows and horses, and nurtures every corner of their land with intention and respect. But what touched us even more was seeing that this way of living extends through the entire family.
Their two young children are part of everything. From greeting guests with warmth, to creating art, to making ice cream, they participate, learn, create and grow alongside their parents. It was beautiful to witness children being raised not around screens and schedules, but around nature, creativity, responsibility and joy.
Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt excessive. Everything felt connected.
Spending time there reminded us how much abundance exists when we choose care over convenience and stewardship over consumption. You can feel that the food tastes different, the air feels different, and even time moves differently.
We left with full hearts and deep gratitude. For their work. For their values. For showing that preserving our earth begins at home and becomes a gift passed from one generation to the next.
May we preserve more, appreciate more, and remember that this planet gives us everything and deserves our love in return.

Panama nights with my girl ✨
Good food, dancing in the streets, endless laughter, and those simple moments that somehow become the biggest memories.
Grateful for time together, for spontaneity, and for nights that remind you life is meant to be enjoyed.

Spring French Asparagus - white and colossal green.
⠀
Spring in France brings two standout expressions of asparagus: delicate white spears, grown beneath the soil for a tender texture and subtle, nutty sweetness, and colossal green asparagus, bold in size and flavor with a vibrant, grassy profile.
⠀
Each offers a distinct culinary experience: refined, gently sous vide preparation is my personal favorite to preserve its decadence and highlight their natural character.
⠀
Recipes and plating ideas are showcasing both in their best light.

49 🌶️🔥
⠀
Somewhere between who I was and who I’m becoming, there’s a quiet shift happening.
⠀
It feels unfamiliar, a little strange, and honestly, interesting. Like adolescence in reverse😂. Instead of discovering who I am, I’m peeling away everything I’m not. Same confusion, same transformation, just with better taste, stronger boundaries, and a much clearer sense of self.
⠀
Moving toward 50 doesn’t feel like an ending. It feels like an arrival.
⠀
There’s a deeper acceptance now. A softer grip on things that used to matter. A stronger grip on what truly does. Peace, health, energy, truth.
⠀
Aging isn’t something to fear, it’s a privilege. Not everyone gets to experience this evolution, this awareness, this depth. To be here, to feel, to grow, that alone is a gift.
⠀
I’m grateful.
⠀
For my family, who grounds me.
For the extraordinary people in my life, who inspire and elevate me.
For the freedom to create, to express, to perform, to live inside my talent and share it with the world.
⠀
This chapter feels different.
⠀
More clarity.
More allowing.
More being.
⠀
