Let’s talk about OVERTHINKING. I have been on a little journey these last couple weeks mentally and physically! Mentally I have have been overthinking everything in life including my Instagram feed… I have been so hesitant to post because I wanted to make sure everything was cohesive and people loved my work! Physically I have been taking care of myself more and prioritizing my health (going to gym & eating better) way more… so i can say I’m pretty proud of myself, but still my overthinking still keeps taking control. Its hard, its so hard to not think to much about all of the competition in the world! I am going to make a promise to myself to STOP overthinking and just do it.
