A new coalition is forming in Boston, building on past conversations and analyses. We believe excellent work can go further when we're aligned, connecting leaders, organizations, ministries, and survivors to share practices, build partnerships, and address gaps and vulnerabilities.

You're invited to be a part of one of three Learning Communities:
-Youth and Families
-Migrants and Refugees
-Barriers to Exiting and Flourishing

There are many ways to be involved: leading, joining, sharing resources, or simply staying connected.

We’re still buzzing from the energy of Boston Flourish. The day was more than just a gathering; it was a powerful testament to our shared vision and collaborative spirit. The energy in the room during Justin Giboney’s keynote at Boston Flourish was absolutely electric. His message was not only powerful but incredibly timely for our city and our culture today.

Because so many of you reached out asking for a way to re-watch and share his insights, we knew we couldn’t keep this in the vault. We are thrilled to officially release the full recording to the public!

This week, we feature another article introducing one of the key conversations shaping Boston Flourish 2025—the Next Gen focus on faith and formation among young adults. Deconstructing Anxiety: What Faith Means to a Generation Raised on Crisis explores how Boston’s emerging generation is navigating uncertainty, rediscovering faith, and inviting the Church to reimagine discipleship for an anxious age. From the challenge of “generational precarity” to the hope of a quiet revival, the Next Gen Team shares how belief is taking new shape in our city and what it means for the future of the Church.

🌍✨ Boston is a city shaped and strengthened by immigrants—but too often, families and service providers struggle to find up-to-date information about resources like housing, legal help, English classes, or job training.

That’s why we’re launching the Boston Immigrant Resource Dashboard (BIRD) — a real-time platform that makes it easier for providers and immigrant neighbors to connect with the services they need.
