By definition it’s a summer full of fun…or as creator Megan thee Stallion says it’s “just being you, just having fun. It’s turning up, driving the boat and not giving a damn about what nobody’s saying”.

So far, this summer has been nothing but fun and we’re going to continue it. After we heat it up in class, our friends at Popsicools will be popping up to help us cool it down!

While sadly The Box is unable to join on this date, we are excited to announce that Steve from Eastie Rising will be joining us with a bodyweight bootcamp workout!
