One highlight from being part of First Realty Management is participating in the company's Annual Meeting, held each spring to celebrate employee achievements from the past year and share the business strategy for the current year. A total of 25 awards were bestowed upon high achieving employees whose efforts throughout 2025 warranted special recognition and appreciation from company leadership.

In all, 57 employees were recognized and honored for their individual and group achievements to strive daily to emulate First Realty's vision statement To Create Quality Communities Together at more than 60 properties under management. The awards ceremony was capped with the presentation of the Gold Key Award for Employee of the Year to Sheila Spellman, director of the Condominium Division and a 19-year company veteran. Congratulations to Sheila and to all of the award winners!

Big night for First Realty at the IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No 4 Annual Holiday Celebration and Awards Night, as the Boston Chapter of (IREM®) Institute of Real Estate Management recognized both COO Frank Cevetello as their (CPM®) Certified Property Manager of the year AND Senior Property Manager David Kyrouz as their (ARM®) Accredited Residential Manager of the Year!

As if that wasn't enough, both were installed to positions on the board, with Frank becoming secretary. Congratulations, Frank & David!

Winslowe's View at The Pinehills is a condominium community comprised of 550 residences within more than 200 townhouse-style buildings on approximately 220 acres of land. In addition to the residential buildings, there is a management office, Meetinghouse, Post Office Building, Pool House, two swimming pools and racket sports courts.

Coddington Cove Commons is a new commercial development of a business and trade center currently under construction in Middletown, RI. At completion, the property will consist of 4 buildings each approximately 14,400 sf and divided into 12 units with their own garage door and separate entry access.
