Case in point to my last post... Ramen. Not from some fancy restaurant in Japan. Just a small diner like restaurant serving mostly locals and well outside the city limits, was hands down some of the best prepared, best tasting, most satisfying meal I have ever had. EVER.

So organized. So well thought out. And that's not even mentioning the bus and rail system. Japan may drive on the wrong side of the road 😉, but give me their roads any day.

Most people go toJapan for the Sushi. As did I. But the RAMEN 🍜. CHEFS KISS as well. Best my 'assistant' and I had was simply at a taco bell small kind of shop on a busy intersection under an overpass. Outside of the touristy area of Kyoto, Japan.
