Mobile Makers is thrilled to announce its collaboration with the inaugural Boston Public Art Triennial for Triennial 2025: The Exchange. Opening to the public on May 22nd, the Triennial takes place throughout 21 outdoor spaces and publicly accessible sites that remain on view through October 31, 2025.
Curated by Artistic Director Pedro Alonzo and Curator Tess Lukey, Triennial 2025: The Exchange, encourages collaboration between artists and local experts to spark dialogue around issues shaping Boston and the world.
The Triennial is a city-wide celebration of public art exploring themes of indigeneity, climate, health, and shared humanity. Spanning neighborhoods across the city—including East Boston, Charlestown, Dorchester, Roxbury, Mattapan, Downtown, Back Bay, Fenway, and Cambridge—Triennial 2025 offers free, open-to-all programming throughout its six-month run.

Last week we spent three days in New Bedford to facilitate an intensive for 5th and 6th graders at ! 🩵 We drew, designed, and made physical models of inclusive and supportive third spaces.

Change-makers Club, a multi-week after school program at , has begun! Over the next few weeks this amazing group of girls will design a public piece for their community in New Bedford. We’re excited to see what they create!
