Highlights from Day 1 of One Rare Experience in Albany, New York! We kicked off our time together with mindfulness exercises and a great discussion on mental health led by Mary Bartlett. Of course we had to end the night with karaoke!

Today, February 29th, is Rare Disease Day. At One Rare we support young adults who are living with rare disease diagnoses to live as independently as possible, through social connections, mutual support, and providing opportunities for adventure!
