A whole lotta love this weekend❣️ happy Monday! have quite a few sessions today but I hope most of you are having a wonderful & restful long weekend!

celebrated vday on Thursday by going out to and enjoying my charcuterie/dessert board I made. had a low key Friday and went to a lunar new year themed high tea on Saturday with at the inn at Hastings park. had to stop by while in Lexington and pick up some goodies. Sunday we binge watched the newest bachelor season AND love is blind season 6! made a chicken pot pie for lunches this week 🥧🫶🏼

then thoroughly pondered a grocery shopping addiction after going on thursday, Saturday and 2x on Sunday 🤷🏻‍♀️

Breakfast on REPEAT 🔁 quintessential & so fire 🔥

I whisk together 2 eggs with a scoop cottage cheese, salt & pepper. Scramble on low heat stirring consistently. I warm 2 tortillas on a separate pan (found at cotsco for a great deal!) Add some ripe avocado, everything bagel seasoning and cut up cherry tomatoes. Add the cheesy eggs to the tortillas, top with salsa or hot sauce and baby arugula for some fresh bite!

happy Monday! so many eats & treats this weekend! went to see the iron claw movie this weekend and WOW I did not know what I was signing up for! def recommend!

deats!
1) charcuterie board shared w friends
2) bfast tacos with scrambled eggs, unexpected cheddar, sriracha & arugula
3) pastries - morning bun & dark chocolate tahini banana bread 🥐
4) stuffed bell peppers with quinoa cooked in broth, ground turke sautéed with garlic, onion, peppers, diced tomato & tomato paste!
5) Friday dinner with scallops, shrimp & mango salsa, mashed potatoes & roasted zucchini
