We are so excited movie night is back! This time, with a twist! 🍿 🪀 Children 5-11 years of age are invited to the MovementLab on Saturday May 18 from 4-8 p.m., for dinner, games, crafts, cookie decorating, a showing of Trolls, and special guest Oooch the Yo-yo Man. ⭐️⭐️Exciting New Programming ⭐️⭐️ Plyometrics with coach Scott Hall is coming to the MovementLab starting next Wednesday April 24- Wednesday June 26. Classes are geared towards middle school and high school students 10-16 years of age. A 3:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. class will be offered. Classes will include agility, conditioning, and stretching!
