Longtime business partners and friends, Chef and Shore Gregory opened their fifth in Boston’s Kenmore Square. 🦪🍸🦞
Row 34 is a high-energy, neighborhood-focused seafood restaurant and oyster bar built on a deep connection to the ocean and the people who harvest from it. The name comes from the 34th row of oysters grown in Duxbury Bay, a tribute to the restaurant’s roots.
The Kenmore Square location joins thriving outposts in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood, Cambridge’s Kendall Square, Burlington, and Portsmouth, NH.
For Sewall and Gregory, opening in Kenmore Square is more than expansion—it’s a return. The two previously owned and operated Island Creek Oyster Bar in the same location from 2010 until its closure during the pandemic. This new chapter represents a step forward, made possible by the people who’ve supported Row 34 along the way: a dedicated team, loyal guests, and a community that continues to grow with them.

Welcome to : a dynamic bar, lounge, restaurant AND live music venue that opened its doors this July in Harvard Square. 🪩🪩🪩
Located in a 5,600-square-foot subterranean sexy space, Lou’s offers live music and DJ sets nightly, a dynamic menu by Chef Jason Bond , run by music industry veteran Allison Finney - and it’s all designed by , the interior design firm behind boutique hotels like + , who sought to create a space that feels upscale and vibey without pretension.
Lou’s is named after the late Harvard Square entrepreneur, Louis “Lou” DiGiovanni. His son John DiGiovanni now operates the building at 13 Brattle Street along with many other neighborhood landmarks, including 50 Church St., the Harvard Square Parking Garage, and The Garage, which houses several retail stores and restaurants. The restaurant’s namesake, Lou, was known for his commitment to this unique urban district during his more than 40-year career as a lawyer, professor, and real estate developer. When his son John sought to breathe new life into the storied space, he enlisted his close friends
and , the owners of American Flatbread, to reconcept.
Inspired by the charm of 1920s speakeasies and the vibrant energy of underground venues, the new venue provides the square with a new hangout where guests can come for dinner or drinks and stay for a show.

Good at PR, bad at PR’ing ourselves 🫠This summer was a BUSY one and we did so much.
In July, we helped open its 10th all-day neighborhood cafe in the heart of Cambridge’s Harvard Square. Daily Provisions Harvard Square is located at 1 Brattle Square, and is known for their unique take on classic breakfast items, prepared to order, including signature Crullers, B.E.C.s with a runny egg yolk, and freshly brewed coffee and teas.
Born from NYC’s Danny Meyer’s Union Square Cafe in 2017, Daily Provisions has grown to include a collection of all-day kitchens with a familiar, yet elevated, menu of classic eats.
To celebrate its debut in Harvard Square, Daily Provisions partnered with Boston-based fashion brand, to create limited-edition merchandise in support of Community Servings, a local nonprofit providing medically tailored meals to those in need. Merch items, exclusive to the Brattle Square location, include a custom tee, bucket hat and “Dad” hat, with unique graphics and signature embroidery.
