Real talk from this week in PT recruiting:
I’m actively placing candidates right now — and talking to clinic owners who are frustrated after spending thousands on ads that led to… nothing.
At the same time, the strongest PT candidates I’m working with aren’t leading with salary.
They’re asking:
– What does mentorship actually look like day-to-day?
– How quickly am I expected to ramp up?
– Who will I be learning from?
Here’s the disconnect:
Clinics are investing in job ads…
But candidates are making decisions based on clarity, support, and growth.
The clinics that can clearly communicate those things are the ones getting offers accepted.
If you’re trying to hire right now and feeling stuck, or you’re a PT sorting through opportunities, I’m in the middle of these conversations every day and happy to share what I’m seeing.

💥 Not every PT job is the same — and this one isn’t for everyone.
If you’re a DPT who feels called to do meaningful work… this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in Lawrence — a vibrant, underserved community with a strong and growing Spanish-speaking population.
This role is for someone who:
Feels energized serving the Hispanic/Latino community
Wants their work to matter beyond productivity numbers
Is looking to grow clinically within a highly supportive, high-level team
Let’s be real — this is a challenging environment.
But it’s also where you’ll:
✔ Make a real impact every single day
✔ Build next-level clinical and communication skills
✔ Be part of a team that is deeply committed to patient care and professional development
💰 Higher compensation reflective of the setting
💬 Additional differential for Spanish-speaking clinicians
This is not just a job — it’s a chance to align your career with purpose.
If this speaks to you (or someone you know), let’s connect.

Anyone else feeling that “back to reality” vibe today?
There’s something about the first day back after a long weekend…
It gives you a second to pause, breathe, and think.

Just take one small step.
Start looking. Ask questions. See what’s possible.
You never know what might open up when you do.

You’re probably not job searching…
…but have you caught yourself wondering if something better exists?
Better support.
Better leadership.
Better balance.
Better compensation.
Most people I talk to aren’t actively looking—they’re just waiting for something that actually feels worth the move.
If that’s you, you don’t need a polished resume or a big plan.
Sometimes it starts with a simple conversation.
I’m working on a few opportunities right now (including a leadership role in Winthrop) that might be worth exploring.
