This weekends special (The Spin’cione), brought to you by Griffin, is inspired by Sicilian sfincione. Made with stewed onions in tomato sauce and topped with breadcrumbs and caciocavallo cheese. This pizza is saucy and umami with a little crunch. Our version is a little non traditional but we think that you’ll love it.
