Revised Test Tile dies for 2" handheld extruders.

By customer request, I made the shape a little larger and flat on the bottom.

The small ledges at the bottom of the inside create a pocket at the bottom to let the clay fill in the larger area.

There are "A" and "B" shapes that have features on one or both sides of the extrusion.

The bumps on the foot prevent glaze from flowing off the sides, but it can sneak off the ends.

This die is compatible with several handheld extruders including: Scott Creek, Shimpo / Nidec, Milwaukee, and Ceramic Arts / Kemper.

A bunch of new dies available for the Bailey 4" extruder. Gears. Ovals. D's. Hexagons. 1" Coils. Lots of new possibilities for table vases, wall vases, and ... potion bottles?

I'm in the process of merging the dies for 4" square extruders into one universal format. That will simplify my product list and enable me to produce new designs faster. However... the merge process is taking much longer than I expected -- as with most worthwhile projects.

New extruder supported! LittleChip Tools handheld dies fit the DeWalt powered caulking guns. If you're looking for a battery-powered extruder, you now have two options: the Milwaukee and the DeWalt. My thanks to Candy Law and DeeDee Olson for testing the dies and to Candy for the photos.

The model number for the DeWalt is DCE580B

Power on!

Introducing the Needle Tool Holder that lets you mark or cut off a pot at a level height.

It holds a needle tool at a height of 1" to 6 3/4" at 1mm increments. Three small ribs inside each hole hold the tool securely. Works for needle tools up to 1/4" in diameter.
