Hi friends! I have big news!!
If you know me, you know I don’t partner with just anyone. ❤️
Whatever it is, it must be heart-centered and with a purpose.❤️
The Positive Impact Project is just that, and I’m beyond thrilled to be an ambassador. 🎉
For the next few days they are offering The Ultimate Beauty Bundle-A package focused on self-care and self-improvement from the inside out.
They brought together a dream team of experts to offer digital courses on beauty, wellness, and personal development.
What’s so amazing about this bundle is you can enjoy all the incredible courses on your time.
But the BEST part for me is that a portion of every bundle sold goes to world charities and high school scholarships, which is right up my alley!!
Talk about beauty with a purpose, right?
It’s only $67, and you get access to over $10,000 worth of expert digital courses and content designed to elevate your inner and outer beauty while supporting global initiatives.🎉🎉
The first 5,000 raised goes to high school students graduating this May!
We want the impact to be HUGE! But we need your help to do that.
Of course, you can help by purchasing a bundle but also by sharing this post with your friends❤️
(So that you know, The bundle will only be available for 7 days)
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
If you would like to see the bundle’s contributors, I will add their Instagram handles in the comments below.
They have given so much of their time and expertise to help make the world a better place.
At the very least, let’s give them a follow to support them❤️
I appreciate your support!

Hiring employees is a huge responsibility.
If your stylist/receptionist/assistant doesn’t have the tools, training, technology, resources, support, and systems in place. You just may lose them. Tips 👇🏼
✔️ The hiring/interview process should be at least a month long. No longer waiting 90 days on probation to invest in them.
✔️You should have training and resources available to them immediately.
✔️The growth plan, compensation structure, standards, and on boarding should ALL be set before you hire.
✔️Carve out at least 15-30 minutes to check in every week for the first 3 months. Plus 1 hour coaching sessions every month.
And let’s not forget the financial side for you. If you’re strapped for cash they will feel it.
