Diana Nicklaus, FAIA, is the President & CEO of Saam Architecture, a WBE firm leading the way with a progressive and equitable practice model. After years in traditional practice, she co-founded Saam to build the supportive, flexible culture she wished existed—one that empowers architects to balance life and career while delivering design excellence. Today, Saam is 90% women and represents nine countries and eleven languages. Diana continues to champion women’s leadership across the profession and has served in key roles with the Boston Society for Architecture and Professional Women in Construction.
