One Light Recovery & Well-Being is an evidence-based treatment center focusing on Mindfulness-based therapies and holistic interventions for individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges. One Light Recovery & Well-Being offers an array of behavioral health services including both individual counseling and group therapy options. One Light Recovery & Well-Being works with psychiatric hospitals and SUD treatment centers offering unique and appropriate step-down programs. One Light Recovery & Well-Being programs are centered in biopsychosocial philosophy and holistic transformation—the healing and integration of mind, body and spirit. In addition to more traditional psychotherapy, One Light Recovery & Well-Being emphasizes additional evidence-based practices, such as Mindfulness meditation and yoga; Expressive Arts Therapy (through music, story telling, visual arts, arts and crafts and other flow/grounding activities); and engaging socially and connecting with positive supports as lifestyle alternatives. Positive Psychology strategies are introduced, as well as the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools used through the lens of Mindfulness-based programs rather than the other way around. Some Mindfulness-based programs utilized are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). One Light Events
One Light Events creates an opportunity for any-and-everyone of diverse religious backgrounds to come together under the umbrella of loving-kindness—to embrace each other in fellowship and nurture the seeds of wisdom, justice, unity, love, joy and peace. One Light Events are primarily workshops and retreats with yoga, meditation, arts and crafts, music, connecting with nature and personal growth activities. These events emphasize the shared essence of spiritual/personal values throughout the spiritual, religious and scientific communities. One Light Events integrates evidence-based tools of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and other personal growth modalities. One Light Events creates Oneness workshops and retreats that focus on study of spiritual, religious and scientific thought with emphasis on the consistent essence of spiritual values, personal values, devotional practices and self-transcendence. These workshops and retreats are rooted in personal and spiritual growth. Some One Light Events feature: short talks (panel of spiritual teachers, religious teachers and scientists), meditation classes, yoga classes, praise and worship sing-alongs, arts and crafts projects and other activities focused on creating awareness for our interlaying Oneness, while exploring various beliefs regarding spiritual values, personal values, devotional practices and self-transcendence. One Light Publishing is devoted to authors who share this vision of unity between spiritual, religious, scientific and all other aspects of the human experience. Books, magazines, websites, and other online materials published by One Light Publishing are often spiritual, religious, biographic, autobiographic, scientific or even mythological to fictional in nature. Multicultural awareness orientation is paramount. Self-help and personal growth projects are not only welcomed, but they are often preferred and encouraged! Not everyone will land that major publishing deal. We are here to to help and provide support for any and all self-publishing needs. As a symbol of our commitment to multicultural awareness and effecting positive social change, One Light Publishing is bringing together an interreligious body of respected persons from all the major religions of the world to discuss common ground and differences. This interreligious body documents all discussions and publishes books with the resulting content. The goal of the work and publications is to give attention to seeming conflicts between religious thought and minimize or dismiss such conflicts by a deeper understanding of the actual truth from the various Holy Writings. In addition to the above-mentioned programs, and as a symbol of our commitment to multicultural awareness and effecting positive social change, One Light Media Initiative creates and manages a Media Initiative that creates new media outlets, and infiltrates existing ones, for the purpose of spreading healthy and truthful ideas related to culturally sensitive topics. We utilize social media, print media, broadcast media and any imaginable media platforms. The goal of these media strategies is to create the much needed awareness and education in these areas, hoping to provide opportunities for more understanding and connection rather than division regarding the following topics and initiatives:

3. Oneness of Humanity and Creation
4. All is God, therefore, All is Inherently Good—Radical Acceptance
5. Emotional Intelligence and Healthy Thinking
6. Study of Scripture, Prayer, Meditation, Yoga, Renunciation, Praise and Worship, and Selfless Service—the Seven Pillars of Devotion
7. Spiritual Values, Personal Values and Character Strengths, the Path of Happiness
8. Integration of Spiritual Values, Personal Values, Character Strengths, the Path of Happiness, Emotional Intelligence, Healthy Thinking and the Seven Pillars of Devotion into Daily Life
9. Treatment and Recovery for Mental Health and Substance Use Challenges

In an effort to assure the most effective and impactful messages put forth, One Light Media Initiative has organized an Integration Advisory Panel responsible for integrating the essence of the results from the publications produced by the “interreligious body,” along with the relevant essence of the above-listed topics, into a Media Initiative, which executes the following programs:

Custom Publishing – One Light creates custom magazines and publishes books related to the above-mentioned agenda. TV and Radio – One Light creates TV and Radio programs for the purpose of advancing the above-mentioned agenda. One Light creates movies with positive, enlightening messages for the purpose of advancing humanity. PR – One Light creates PR campaigns for the purpose of infiltrating all appropriate media outlets to advance the above-mentioned agenda. Events – One Light organizes events that enable communities to come together and hear speakers discuss the above-mentioned topics. These events may also be enhanced by elements of devotional prayers, praise and worship music, yoga practice, group meditation or other similar forms of devotion. Social Media – One Light creates and manages social media accounts for the purpose of advancing the above-mentioned agenda.
