Our first Friday jazz jam will be rescheduled to these new dates.

The last several years has had its share of twists and turns. And through it all, Cody has been right there with us. An impeccable human that has influenced and inspired our Reid’s + Beacon Family in so many ways. From the lunch Chef as we navigated Covid, to helping get the doors open, and another pivot following Hurricane Helene to become the Sous Chef . Oh yea, and graduated with a Masters earlier this year.
We are blessed to make this very special announcement today as we introduce Cody as The Beacon Executive Chef. A long time coming, and a story as beautiful as the composed plates that grace your table. Cody’s Summer menu started earlier this week. Come fancy a seat to his Italian inspired Appalachian cuisine. Handmade pastas, rustic Neapolitan pizzas, fresh local produce, and nightly specials that include fresh NC seafood and Butcher Cuts. We love you Cody. Cheers to a rockin summer and beyond. Come buy Chef a beer, well deserved.
