Congratulations to graduating seniors Mary Crowe and Mason Brenes who are are the newest hires for Appalachian State Professional Selling Program partner Signature Consultants. Mary is a Marketing major with a concentration in Professional Selling, and Mason is a Risk Management and Insurance major who connected with Signature Consultants at the Sales Program's Speed Selling event.

Fantastic visit from Tom Wirtz, Director of Talent Acquisition for Herc Rentals, who presented career opportunities and interviewed for the Herc Sales Scholarship. This summer Ariel Pope, Grant Patterson, and Tucker Beckham will begin full-time work with Herc, joining Appalachian sales alums Bailey Wall and Connor Bryant already on the Herc team. Beau Myers will be doing a summer internship with Herc, leading to full-time employment after Fall semester.

Katelyn Daley from Signature Consultants will be on campus in the Walker College of Business this Monday, April 15 to share information about rewarding career opportunities in the staffing industry. Look for the contact table in the 2nd floor foyer. She will also be presenting to the Professional Selling classes that day.
