We're a week away from Minnesota Pork Congress, and we can't wait to see you there! You can find us at booth 38 in the Grand Hall of the Mayo Clinic Event Center in Mankato (enter through the left doors and we are the first booth on the right).

Can you believe it? World Pork Expo is less than a month away! This year the show will be June 5 & 6 from 9am-5pm at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, with our booth located in the Varied Industries Building, booth number 334. Hope to see you there!

Is the temperature controller preset? We have an answer!

"Yes, we set the control to maintain a temperature between 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Typically, you will see the temperature stay between 63-65 in a 70 degree (or warmer) room."
