Fowl Friday with Fossil Farms (Episode 2 of a 5 part series) - Lemon pepper quail, pesto pasta, and garlic bread.  2 pounds (8 birds) of @fossilfarms Semi Boneless Quail got covered in @eatdivina First Crush EVOO, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning. Then onto the asado rack for just a few short minutes per side- these birds are small and cook thru very very fast!  Simple pesto & tomato pasta with a bit of melted cheese, and garlic bread rounded out this quick & easy, but extremely tasty meal!πŸ‘πŸ‘

Fowl Friday with Fossil Farms (Episode 1 of a 5 part series) - Honey lemon guinea hen, garlic butter orzo, and honey glazed carrots.  First time trying a @fossilfarms Guinea hen, and also first time using my new rotisserie attachment! This bird was stuffed with lemons, seasoned with lemon pepper, and then basted with @trybachans Sweet Honey. It spun for about an hour and came out super juicy, perfectly crisped skin, and full of great flavor! I would describe Guinea hen as being somewhat similar to chicken, but with a much deeper pronounced flavor.πŸ˜‹ If you are looking to try a bird different than a standard chicken, this would be a great alternative. I thoroughly enjoyed it!πŸ‘πŸ”₯
