No worries! We are working with Come Back Shack to host another one!
On Wednesday, October 19 from 10:30am-9pm a percentage of your meal will be donated to the EIM club. All you have to do is let the cashier know you're there supporting us.

Did somebody say 5k on the Greenway?!
Bring your running shoes and join us as we take a trip around the UREC State Farm Fields located in Boone. You can run, walk, skip, jump, fly, or any of your preferred methods to make it across the finish line.
Sunday, October 30th at 9am
$10 entry fee, with the option to donate additional money to a charity of your choice.

Free on Wednesday, October 19 from 5-7pm?
Join us for a nature centered mindfulness session on Wednesday, October 19th 5-7pm in the ASU Nature Preserve to celebrate Exercise is Medicine month! Explore the nature preserve on campus and engage in mindful activities including walking meditation, all geared towards increasing our awareness of the present moment and our understanding of the connection between nature and mental health. Many are familiar with the benefits of exercise for mental health; this workshop will explore the specific rewards of exercise outdoors for mental well being. Reserve your spot by emailing [email protected].
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and come prepared rain or shine.

We have two activities going on this Wednesday (10/5).
The EIM Club will be having a fundraiser at the Local Five Guys 5-9pm. If your order online or in the store, let them know you're purchasing on behalf of the EIM club. 20% of the purchase will go to the club.
Join us and Matthew Cooper for a Wim Hof Breathing class at Durham Park 5:15-6:15. The Wim Hof Breathing combines breathing, cold therapy, and commitment to help you connect deeply to your body. It involves powerful inhalation, relaxed exhalation, and prolonged breath loads. Wim Hof Breathing has health benefits such as increased energy, better sleep, improved focus, and reduced stress levels.
