Welcome to SB9 Coaching

My name is Sam Bayly and this page will consist of Drills and Exercise programmes aimed to enhance your game in all areas.

As you may or may not know, my ultimate goal is to become a footballer at the highest level I can achieve. However, I am also an aspiring coach and my goal is to design and implement bespoke sessions to challenge and improve the way you play the game.

Throughout these sessions we will focus on your weaker points whilst at the same time enhancing your strengths.

The drills are suitable for beginners and more advanced footballers of all ages.

This is the start of a project I am looking to develop into something much bigger, so this is not going to be a short process, but what I can promise you is it will be well worth it
