A split batch Cream Ale!
The first batch has Serrano and red chili peppers with a hint of vanilla. The second batch has habanero peppers, mango, and vanilla.
It’s currently in secondary fermentation and will be bottled this week. Super excited for this beer!

It’s bottling day and finally time to share the reason behind this brew.

Brave Noise is a series of collaboration beers with a big goal: a safe and discriminatory-free beer industry.
Brave Noise is advocating for safe spaces and inclusive environments by requesting breweries be transparent with their policies and commit to long-term work.

This collaboration honors those who have spoken out about gender discrimination, racism, sexual assault, and harassment; and to further bring awareness to the issues that people may face in the brewing industry.

We are advocating for people coming together from all different walks of life to enjoy beer in a safe and accepting environment and taking a step towards a better industry.

The Celestial Brewing version of this traditional American pale ale used Idaho 7 and Idaho Gem hops. Expect strong apricot and stone fruit flavors with a touch of pine.

The Banana Cream Pie Tripel!

Brewed with lactose and then conditioned on bananas and vanilla wafers. Yum!

We’re brewing again! This time in collab with Ring Finger Craft Brews.

This is a Belgian Tripel with brown sugar and honey added at flameout. Vanilla wafers will be added during secondary fermentation along with bananas.

End product will be a Banana Cream Pie Tripel!
