Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Possesses a valid driver’s license and insurance with clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to [e.g, 75] lbs), stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and climb
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, but will require you to obtain in your first 60 days of employment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including power tools, ladders, and hand tools.
Conduct surveys and locates for pre-installation of signage at property site to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Demonstrates ability to excel in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Prepared to travel frequently to client sites and other locations within and outside the KC Metro area, as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the installation process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations that meet industry standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and installation diagrams accurately.
Basic computer/technology skills to use tablet in field for work purposes.
Basic knowledge of installation techniques are mandatory.
