I know it’s been awhile since I posted. I have been busy and I’m a great procrastinator when it comes to posting my projects. This table runner is 15” x 45” and is made with 5” blocks. Easily customizable by changing the block size.

Progress is being made. The Courthouse Steps top is finished. Some paper still needs to be removed from back and then I will quilt and add binding. The Carpenter Star is ready to piece and then quilt and bind. Hoping to get a 30’s prints Carpenter Star made also. See them all at the Spring Showers Craft Festival at the Shawnee Civic Center on March 28.

Finished these wall quilts and finally got around to posting. 27 days ‘till my next craft show. Have others to finish so I’ll be posting more. Log cabin is 21” square and the tumbler is 20” x 27”.

All the colors have been chosen and one block is done. Looks a bit of a mess but it makes sense to me! Also working on a small (18” square) log cabin with some 30’s repo and other spring colors. I’ll post progress in a few days.

My husband watched me put 27 blank squares on my small design wall and inquired into the purpose. I flipped one square to show the design ‘Courthouse Steps’. Since I paper piece these the fabric goes on the back and I sew on the front. Now it’s a matter of choosing the fabrics before I start piecing each block together. It will become a 15” x 45” table runner. On a side note the Storm at Sea quilt is progressing and I will post pictures soon.
Show in Shawnee is coming end of March.

As promised here are pictures of a Storm at Sea pattern that will be made into a queen size quilt. 65 pieces per block. 36 blocks and two borders to make quilt. Have a few pieces to cut out yet. The pieces were slightly more organized until my cat decided to go skipping through!
Please comment, like or share my posts so more people will be able to see them. Thanks!

Finished this Chiefs blanket for my grandson for Christmas. Used the fronts and backs of two Super Bowl t-shirts for added interest. Includes scores and names of all the players. Now I’m working on a queen size quilt. I’ll post pictures tomorrow.
