Pull Up Protocol to follow if you struggle with Pull Ups Training will be 2x per week Each training day starts with 1 set of as many pull ups as you can. Then, perform the following: Sets/Reps ✅ If you did 5 reps or less: 5x1 ✅ If you did 6-10 reps: 5x2 ✅ If you did 11-15 reps: 5x3 ✅ If you did 16-20 reps: 5x4 Finish with 1 more set, Isometric Hold for as long as you can. Rational: If you do 5 reps, you cannot do 5 again but you should be able to do 5x1. This system ensures your DOUBLE your max each session. Check the math, the system accounts for all levels. Perform post test again after 6 training sessions. Expectation is +15% After pull ups you should def use other row variations and pulldowns to supplement your training
