TForce LSM is a North American leader in transportation and logistics. In this transaction, the CFI business units kept the CFI brand.

As of the end of August 2022, CFI’s Truckload, Temp Control, and Mexican non-asset logistics businesses separated from the TFI umbrella and were acquired by Heartland Express, Inc. CFI Logistics remained under TFI International, however our brand had to change back to TForce Logistics Services Management (LSM) and we are a division of TForce WorldWide, Inc.
