I love me a redhead in the studio! Each hair color brings different vibes in the studio. Red goes perfect with the greens and the jewel colors.

The goal is to be able to get to a place that you can give yourself full permission to exist in your imperfect body, without judgement. No matter what your age is, your still have time and deserve the time to exist in your body and not make it wrong for just being the shape, health, age that it is.
